A * Men by Thierry Mugler

One might summarize a A * Men Angel for Men, but it would be unfairly reductive. Even if we find the same assortment of gourmet confections in its feminine, I always had a strong preference for A * Men, because both bolder and more subtle, perhaps more intimate and less intrusive.

The praline is more room here in chocolate, black, bitter and powdery, which slowly encased lavender and spice, with hints of licorice and roasted coffee.

A * Men has long had a reputation as a fragrance associated with the gay community, often the first to adopt the innovations coming out of the lot, eccentric, more personal and sensual. Today it is generally the scent of men rather aesthetes, greedy or refined, perhaps more simply assuming their feminine side.
