It was not until the 30s, to show delivery Cologne Men: Fragrances revolved around the first of vetiver and lavender ... In 1934, it seems that the first two toilet waters are, "To a Man" by Caron and "Dunhill for Men by Dunhill.

But it was not until the 70s that men's fragrances are loosened the famous ritual of shaving. The man of the 70 scents do more after shaving, but when he sees fit.

The feminist, gay, hippie, punk ... etc.. highlight the contrasting styles of life before and especially through clothing. We now recognize in the street, the old anonymous and can better identify it as belonging to a particular community.

As for clothing, perfume helps distinguish between people: those who carry around a fragrance of lavender, do not deliver the same message that those who leave in their wake, the smell of patchouli.
